this is good - i've had an experience before where i was barred from entering a mall because i had a camera slung over my neck - wasn't about to take pictures or anything in the mall
That's pretty extreme! I've been cautioned on attempting to take a photo in a redeveloped part of the town near where I live in Exeter called Princesshay. It's publicly accessible though you can get cautioned for just leaning against the shop windows there lol. It's public but treated like it's private now that it's owned by a company who redeveloped it called Land Securities.
