What would the danger be then if they borrowed too much from the UK? It's not called "Great" Britain for nothing.
How anyone can be against healthcare such as that in the UK? It's a step back in evolution. Even a colony of ants know to help each other out when there's an injured other. Though there are humans prepared to leave another dying in the street.
Not something that shines of being an advanced race huh?
